Ilene Knopping
Ilene has more than 22 years of service in medical practice management, both as a manager and a consultant. With a degree from Northwestern University in Healthcare Administration, Ilene was employed at both Massachusetts General Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary managing clinical operations.
She later facilitated the growth of a private group practice to multiple offices, and now, as a consultant has advised three departments at major Boston area hospitals on growing practices.
More recently, engagements have included work at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, and at New England Eye Center in Boston and for the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.
